(1) After studying and analyzing a specific technical aspect of project investment, the office may form an expert committee or task force with the approval of the board to suggest to the board.

( 2) The expert committee or the working group will study the matter specified by the office and submit its report within the specified time period.

(3) The procedure related to the work of the expert committee or the working group will be as determined by the office during the formation of the expert committee or the working group.
